Our devices use NBIoT (Narrowband Internet of Things) network, which provides excellent coverage in rural and remote areas. No WiFi required – just reliable long-range cellular connectivity.
You need mobile data or WiFi to access the app and view real-time data. However, the sensors themselves work independently using NBIoT network, which has much better rural coverage than regular mobile networks.
Our wireless sensors are designed for 5-10 year battery life depending on usage and environmental conditions. Solar charging options are available for high-usage applications.
Most tank sensors can be installed in under 30 minutes. We provide detailed setup guides, video tutorials, and phone support. Professional installation is also available.
Yes! Our platform supports multiple farms and properties under one account. You can easily switch between properties in the app and set different access permissions for staff.
All devices come with a 2-year warranty. Our support team monitors device health and will proactively contact you if issues are detected. Replacement devices are usually shipped within 24 hours.
